My order actually included 2 pair of shoes, one for my husband and one for my adult son. After seeing a pair I bought for myself about 2 months ago, they thought the shoes would work well for themselves, and most importantly, NOT look like a traditional water shoe, but more like a tennis shoe. They were extremely satisfied with their shoes! The sizes were true to their regular shoe sizes, the shoes definitely were feet-savers in the conditions where they were used. Just an exceptional product all the way around! As additional information about my own order a few months ago, I paid extra for expedited shipping which somehow managed to take twice as long to arrive. In my review of my shoes, I mentioned that Crosskix should either have delivery done by someone other than the USPS if they were going to be unreliable in delivery, or else offer a refund of the extra shipping to the purchaser. Much to my surprise, Crosskix HAS refunded to me the expedited shipping! Crosskix, you may be a small company, but you have certainly shown me that you really do value your customers!
