Yes! If you purchased Redo (our optional return and exchange protection) at checkout, you'll enjoy free returns and unlimited exchanges. If you didn't purchase Redo and need to return or exchange your shoes because you ordered the wrong size, you'll simply be responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs. Please make sure the shoes are returned in their original condition. For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Yes, of course. If the shoes are returned in their original condition with box undamaged, we will certainly apply a refund within 30 days of purchase.
