received wrong size. order 7 women and got size 5, returned to get right size. just waiting for them

And that's an understatement! As a physician, I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day at work, after which I go home and walk my dogs. I'm a new user to CrossKix and already hooked! They're comfortable, lightweight, slip on and off, and look great! Bought them in two different colors in hopes of matching most of my scrubs. Yesterday was an occasion when I didn't have a pair to match what I was wearing to work, so I donned my former standby-- Crocs. Nope. Wasn't the same-- not nearly as comfortable, functional or fashionable. CrossKix look "professional" yet I'll wear them hiking or to the beach. I've received compliments from coworkers and patients. Now, if only this old lady had pairs to match all of her scrub sets, she'd be set. I plan to ask my family for another pair for Christmas. (I needed a size bigger than I normally wear in other shoes but I think I'm an outlier. I didn't see that in any reviews before I ordered. Return/exchange process was seamless, though!)
Don't fit good, to much money, not good experience

I wanted these to be great. They look great and were perfect for our boating trip to Black’s island. However, sadly, after wearing them for only an hour, the skin below my ankles was completely ripped apart. I tried doctoring the shoes up with waterproof bandaids around the ankle edges but that didn’t help much. I used the virtual sizer and I think they fit properly. I will sadly never wear them again.
