There’s nothing like getting face time with the vital people overseeing production. Earlier this summer we visited our factory in Fuzhou and can’t be more excited for where things are headed. With every visit, we get a better understanding of the meticulous process set in place to craft every single pair. They also help us to ascertain why certain QC issues occur and ensure that they’re solved so we can deliver the highest quality multi-purpose shoe.

Also on the agenda was making the switch to some newer materials for our next production to improve the overall comfort and durability of our shoe. We've taken into account all the feedback we received on Crosskix 1.0 and made the necessary adjustments for our new upcoming design.

Your's in motion,
Crosskix

We’d be happy to help with your fit. It’s easy to adjust the instep and any tight spots with a bit of direct heat from something like a hair dryer or heat gun. The heat will soften the material and let you SLOWLY stretch the shoe using your own foot (with a thick sock) and running your finger between the shoe and your foot. The sock and finger help to gently stretch the shoe material.
The KEY is to keep the material in the new shape until it has fully cooled.
If you need extra help with this, please email us at info@crosskix.com

Hi, I brought a pair through kickstarter and one of the “crossbit” went missing, how can I get a replacement for it? In kickstarter you mentioned other logos will be made too, Wil they be available soon?

Overall happy with the shoes only with the velco maybe too strong and became loss to the strap which I fixed with superglue.

If you could email me regarding a replacement crossbit delivered to Sydney that would be appreciated as it looks pretty bad with one side missing it.

Thanks and keep up the work on this project!

Julie - I'm glad you asked. The man who delivers water bottle to our office is very much a fan of the thick sole and absorption he gets when jumping out of his delivery truck 10's of times a day. We don't have any stores in Ontario as of yet, but do have free shipping to USA and Canada through at least the end of the month. If you need any help with deciding on a size, please send a note to infocrosskix.com and one of our team will help you.

@ Layne – If you’d like some help with the width, send an email to info@crosskix.com and one of our team will help you out. Also, keep your eyes and ears open for our 2.0 model on Kickstarter. The changes are awesome for the person with a wide foot, high instep, want a snugger fit in the heel area… exciting changes but you don’t have to fit in one of those groups to enjoy the new style! Yes, we will keep 1.0 with some minor but awesome adjustments.

I have artheritis in my hip and i need a shoe that can absorb impact. Are the soles thick enough to do that ? Is there any stores that sell these shoes in Ontario Canada

Good morning,
I supported the kickstarter campaign, love the shoes… and am getting a lot of interest and questions from crocs folk
Are you planning to make a shoe that comes in wide sizes
i’ve heard about some hacks one can do to the shoe, however, I’ve not pursued it… is there something one can do give a little more width to the shoe?
